These terms govern use of the Beauty Zone by Olha website and its appointment text messaging program, operated by Esthetician Olha Zhovanyk LLC.

Appointments

Submitting the booking form requests and schedules an appointment for the selected treatment, date, and time. Please provide accurate contact information. If you need to change an appointment, contact Beauty Zone by Olha at 585-360-3131.

Text messaging program

When you voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox on the booking form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Beauty Zone by Olha at the mobile number provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellation notices. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity, typically 1–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, call 585-360-3131, or email [email protected].

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to wireless service availability.

Privacy

We handle personal information and SMS consent data as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
